MEET KAREN HINDS
For over 20 years, Karen has focused on building her business with a team of consultants and trainers, meeting the needs of her clients, while spending time with her immediate family and throwing herself into charity and church work.
Although she was an accomplished businesswoman, it took the help of a mentor to help guide her to a space where her personal development and sense of self-regard came into alignment with the high-powered professional version of her identity. Her journey and transformation were profound and Karen soon started noticing the disconnect between work and personal life that was keeping other highly accomplished leaders from truly living in a place of power, personal peace, and deep gratitude. In addition to running her consulting business, Karen has made it her life’s work to help driven, high-performing leaders seeking to claim their journey and voice by bringing their personal and professional worlds into alignment.
